Dear father in the Lord,

On behalf of the entire Members of this great Diocese: CELESTIAL CHURCH OF CHRIST, American Diocese, We congratulate you as the Pastor and Spiritual Head, Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide.

This letter is based on the decision reached during the October 8th, 2003 extraordinary joint meeting of the World Council of Superior Senior Evangelists and the World Council of Shepherds. And the cover letter dated October 22nd, 2003, duly signed by Dr. Superior Senior Evangelist V. 0. 01uyole (Head of Administration CCC Worldwide) and Rev. M. 0. Are (Head of Nigerian Diocese).

For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one. And there are three that bear witness on earth: the Spirit, the Water, and the blood; and these three agree as one. "(1 John 5:7 & 8).

As you lead this church, we pray that the witnesses on earth and in heaven will manifest to the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
