Re – National Revival and Evangelism for the Diocese

 

I greet you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Who is the author and the finisher of our faith. As brother Paul to the Philippians, I pray for you as Celestians:

“And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in knowledge and all discernment, that you may approve the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ, being filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God” {Phil 1:9-11} NKJV.

 

During the last general meeting held at the Holy Cross Parish, Dallas, Texas on Saturday, January 31st, 2004, the following decisions were made and agreed upon to the glory of God.

 

A.  The Head of the Diocese, Superior Charles Agbaza will commence National Revival with immediate effect. (Temporary Schedule Attached).

 

B. There will be a National Revival Monitoring Committee to evaluate all revival activities and make recommendations on improvement.

 

C. A fund raising committee was set up to find the ways and means to fund the National Revival and Evangelism. The committee is referred to as “The National Project Committee,” and the following are the membership:

1.                    H/S/E Ade Owoyele (Chairman)-Texas.

2.                    LSSES Augusta Eyo (Treasurer)-Washington DC.

3.        SE Segun Victor Aigbogun (Member)-California.

4.        LSSP Abike Fanibuyan (Member) Florida.

D.         It was agreed upon that every Parish should contribute at minimum a $500.00 stipend towards the Evangelical and Revival Ministry for a take off.

 

E. The individual donations for office equipment to establish an office for the National Secretariat.

 

The 2004 Adult Harvest Schedule is attached for your information and necessary adjustment. If need be for any Parish to make changes, please contact the Secretary, MSE Adekolajo Aladeseyi at (443) 271-4005 or (410) 661-7101.
